Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is to perform repairs at the 4th level of maintenance of wheel sets for EU160 locomotives. 2. The contract award procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act" or "Pzp". The contract in question is a sectoral contract. 3. Detailed requirements regarding the order are included in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ, which constitute its integral part.
