Invitation to submit Proposal CI-34/2026 (SV-MOPT-578604-CS-INDV) Date: October 29, 2026 Dear Sirs: From our consideration: The Government of the Republic of El Salvador has received financing from the World Bank (the “Bank”) to partially finance the cost of the El Salvador Resilient Transportation and Infrastructure Project, under loan contract No.9602-SV and intends to use the resources to make payments under the El Salvador Resilient Transportation and Infrastructure Project contract The Ministry of Public Works and Transportation invites you to submit your proposal to provide the following Individual Consulting Services (hereinafter, the “Services”): Consulting Service for “Hiring an Operational Assistant for the Project Execution Unit.” The terms of reference are provided in Annex 1. Terms of Reference. Fraud and Corruption The Bank requires compliance with the Bank's Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its current sanctions policies and procedures, as set out in the World Bank Group Sanctions Framework, as set out in the Annex to the Conditions of Contract Annex 1. In compliance with this policy, Consultants will allow and cause their agents (whether declared or not), subcontractors, subconsultants, service providers, suppliers and personnel to allow the Bank to inspect all accounts, records and other related documents. to any preselection process, presentation of proposals and execution of contracts (in the case of award), and that they are audited by auditors designated by the Bank. Eligibility The Bank allows individual consultants from all countries to offer consulting services for Bank-financed projects.
