The Directorate-General for Regional Transition (RTLG) is seeking one expert contractor to carry out learning monitoring of the Extra-Regional Contribution of Territories.The Extra-Regional Contributions is an implementation approach aimed at strengthening and accelerating the implementation of policy measures in areas dealing with staggered tasks such as nitrogen-sensitive nature, water quality, biodiversity recovery and climate change.The objective of this task is twofold: • designing and carrying out learning surveillance of the extra-Régional Contributional in and between the regions. • discussing and making available insights and lessons from the monitoring.The maximum contract value is €438,000 excluding VAT, which includes two phases: phase A and phase B, which have a maximum value of €175,200 and €262,800 excluding tax.
