Dynamic purchasing system (DAS) for the hiring of temporary staff The hiring of external staff (initially for the project management and support category: the five primary IPM roles and support functions, but in the future also for other functions) is done via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS). This change is the result of the amended Public Procurement Act. The Dynamic Purchasing System requests from you a request for admission, per job group/category for which you are interested.
