Contract Description
The subject of the construction works is the reconstruction of the sewerage and water supply in Leitnerova Street, at the point of connection to Křídlovická Street. The sewage drain from 1936 will be reconstructed in a DN 500/750 profile and 42.1 m in length. The water line from 1962 will be replaced in a DN 150 profile with a length of 48.6 m. At the same time as the works on the sewerage and water supply, it is necessary to carry out the relocation of the existing gas pipeline with a length of 68.5 m due to a spatial conflict. After the work on the underground networks, the communication areas will be restored. Sewage and water supply works in Leitnerova Street (in the section along Hybešova Street) will be carried out only after the completion of housing construction works in this part of Leitnerova Street. More detailed information about the execution of the construction can be found in the project documentation prepared by the company PROVO, spol. s.r.o. in November 2025. Part of the scope of the work is to ensure the issuance of a decision on the special use of the road, including closure, road markings for the duration of the construction, delineation of engineering networks affected by the construction works, ensuring the issuance of a decision on the permission to cut down trees, testing the quality of the work and processing the documentation of the actual execution of the construction in the number of 4 printed complete pairs, including the survey for the GIS BVK and the technical map of the statutory city of Brno (the geodetic survey documentation will be submitted in four copies and on four CDs in DGN format for MICROSTATION). The scope of the completed restoration of communication areas will be documented in digital form using the EZA program (the documentation will be handed over in two copies and on two CDs). The supplier undertakes to hand over the above-mentioned documents to the customer when handing over the completed work.
