Processing of project documentation, which in a combined form includes documentation for a building permit and documentation for the execution of the construction in details that specify the subject of the public contract to the extent necessary for the possibility of awarding the implementation of the construction (Decree No. 230/2013 Coll., which establishes the details of the definition of the subject of the public contract for construction works and the scope of the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions). The project must specify the construction in technical, economic and architectural details, physical, material, construction-technical, technological, layout and operational characteristics and quality, and must also take into account the impact of the construction on the environment and enable the preparation of a list of works with a statement of dimensions and a detailed itemized budget of individual SO and PS and a summary budget as a basis for partial invoicing during the construction implementation.
