Hiring a specialized company for the construction of 15 (fifteen) housing units of social interest, part of the COHAPAR Agreement nº 145/CONV/2026, carried out in accordance with the FAD Typology 47 within the scope of the Casa Fácil PR Program - Municipal Modality, in masonry, reinforced concrete structure and slab, with 47.33 m² of built area, containing two bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, area service area and balcony, according to budget, projects and Descriptive Memorandum. The work must be monitored by a technical person duly qualified by CREA or CAU, responsible for issuing the ART/RRT and monitoring the execution of the services. Execution must comply with the deadline established in the physical-financial schedule and the conditions set out in the Agreement, projects and other technical documents of the project.
