2. PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING AN ORDER 2.1. The procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 377 section 1 point 1 and art. 132-139 in connection with joke. 378 section 1 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended - "PZP") and implementing acts to the PZP. 2.2.
