The Nonnweiler Dam Association (TVN) is planning to build a raw water pipeline from its service water pipeline (BWL DN 1000) in Primstal to the Eiweiler drinking water treatment plant (TWA Eiweiler) that is under construction and to the Primstal pressure booster plant (DEA Primstal). The award unit VE10_1 - pipeline construction, earthworks and road construction work essentially includes the following construction work: • approx. 4,800 m² of shoring work • approx. 4,000 m³ of soil for water pipe trench • approx. 1,000 m pressure pipe GGG DN 300 painted, form-fitting, PFA30, supply and lay • approx. 16 pieces of MMK bends, form-fitting, DN 300 • approx. 420 m pressure pipe GGG DN 600 painted, form-fitting, PFA 30, supply and install • approx. 11 pieces MMK bends, form-fitting, DN 600 • approx. 640 m pressure pipe GGG DN 600 painted, friction-fitting, PFA 16, supply and install • approx. 9 pieces MMK Bends, frictional, DN 600 • approx. 2900 m of cable protection pipes • approx. 890 tonnes of asphalt base layer • approx. 770 tonnes of asphalt surface layer
