The subject of the public contract is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also referred to as DNS) for the supply of consumer goods (home appliances), especially microwave ovens, electric kettles, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines and tumble dryers, dishwashers, hobs, ovens, fans and other related items. Delivery of goods includes transport to the place of fulfillment, assembly, installation, commissioning of the appliance and training of the customers operator, if the nature of the delivery requires it and it is indicated in the invitation to tender. In accordance with § 138, paragraph 1, the contracting authority does not divide DNS into categories.
