Acceptance of offers: The commission shall, by means of implementing acts, adopt delegated acts in accordance with article 21 of regulation (ec) no 1272/2008 laying down the rules for the application of this regulation and in accordance therewith the rules and procedures applicable to the implementation of this decision.
The purpose of the CTP is to obtain the expertise and market information necessary for qualified decisions on the further development of C-ITS and related transport technologies of the city and for the possible preparation of subsequent investments and public procurement.The contractor needs in particular: • to verify the technical, operational, security, integration and economic possibilities for further development • to compare feasible scenarios and their impact on existing investments, and operational continuity • to design a long-term sustainable architecture with open interfaces and a link to the national C-IT environment • to define functional, technical, cyber, operative and contractual requirements for further process • to obtain a basis for central surveillance and management of urban mobility, realistic deployment planning and development •The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 and in accordance therewith.
