1. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 6,150,000.00 to finance the planned deficit and to repay previous loans. 2. A long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 6,150,000.00 (six million one hundred fifty thousand zlotys) from a domestic bank, intended to finance the planned deficit and to repay previously incurred loans. Interest rate based on the WIBOR rate for one-month interbank PLN deposits from the last business day of the month preceding the interest period, plus the banks margin. The loan will not be charged with any fees other than those mentioned in the SWZ, the only cost of the loan is the interest rate on the amount actually used. Throughout the entire loan period, the Lenders margin remains unchanged. The borrower will have the right to: • not use the full loan amount, • early repayment of the loan without additional costs, • extend the loan repayment date without additional costs during the term of the contract. Form of loan security - blank promissory note signed by a representative of the Łuków County Board with a countersignature of the County Treasurer. If the WIBOR 1M base rate reaches a negative value, it is assumed that the value of the WIBOR 1M base rate is zero. 3. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
