NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225 for the following: Structure Demolition at South Fork Park – Carrasco Addition Bellingham, Washington UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, November 3, 2026 At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened, and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present at the live bid opening, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County Parks & Recreation is requesting bids for the Structure Demolition project at South Fork Park – Carrasco Addition, located at 6324 Saxon Road, Acme, Washington. The contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary to demolish the structures, legally dispose of all waste material, leave the site in a condition suitable for future development, and other work as further described in the bid documents.
