Bulgaria – Lifts – "Replacement of five elevator systems in the building of USBALO "Prof. Ivan Chernozemski" EAD"

The public procurement will be implemented in stages, each of which includes the implementation of all activities for the specific individual elevator system. The total term for the execution of the order must not exceed 24 months. The implementation of each stage includes the following main activities: - delivery of the elevator system; - dismantling of the existing elevator system; - preparation of the shaft for the installation of the new elevator system; - installation and commissioning of the new elevator system; - performing all the necessary actions and preparing all the documents, together with the Contracting Authority, necessary for registering the new elevator, according to Art. 20 of the Ordinance on safe operation and technical supervision of elevators. The complete description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority is indicated in the Technical Specification, Appendix No. 1 of the public procurement documentation. The procedure is carried out in accordance with Art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP (the so-called "reverse order" of examination - the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants is carried out before conducting a preliminary selection).
