1. The subject of the order is: Part 1: Comprehensive organization and service of 4 (four) national conferences for local governments. Part 2: Comprehensive organization and management of 6 (six) two-day workshops for provincial health needs councils. Part 3: Comprehensive organization and support of 4 (four) two-day workshops with the participation of foreign experts. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ or SoPZ), containing a description of the minimum requirements in a given part, is an annex to the SWZ. 3.
