1. Package No. 8 – A set of cardiological tools for cardiac pacemaker implantation procedures. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price form. 3. Medical devices that are the subject of this agreement must meet the requirements of the current legal status, in particular those introduced by the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended). 4. The rules for the implementation of the order in question are specified in the Draft contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
