Description & Project Overview
The main object of the framework agreement consists in the supply of products, namely automotive fuels (diesel and gasoline) based on cards, at the distribution stations where the supplier's cards are accepted (own, operated under its brand or partners), in order to ensure the fuel requirements for the vehicles and machinery used in fulfilling the main objective of the contracting authority. Framework agreement with a single economic operator, without the resumption of competition, with a duration of 24 months or until the maximum quantities are exhausted; a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 12 contracts will be concluded
