Technical assistance contract for project management in the field of electrical engineering for the extension of the cayenne technical block
The operation is part of the modernisation of the technical infrastructure of the Antilles-Guyana Air Navigation Service (SNA-AG) at Cayenne-Félix Eboué airport. The operational technical rooms currently installed in the technical block present capacities that have become insufficient to meet current and future needs related to the evolution of air navigation systems. The saturation of the premisesexisting, network routing constraints and the need to improve operating conditions led the contracting authority to initiate a project to extend the technical block. The project provides for the construction of an extension to accommodate new technical areas, including a technical room and two energy rooms dedicated to operational equipment. This extension will also allow thereorganization and rehabilitation of existing premises in order to improve the working conditions of agents, optimize tertiary and technical spaces and prepare for future developments of DGAC facilities. The operation takes place on a sensitive and busy airport site, whose maintenance in operational conditions is a major challenge. The work must therefore be designed and carried out in such a way as to guarantee thecontinuity of service of the air navigation facilities and by limiting the impacts on the activity of the operator services. The "Extension of the Cayenne technical block" operation therefore includes: • the construction of a new extension of approximately 260 m² of floor area, intended to accommodate electrical and IT technical equipment. This extension will be connected to the existing building and will require the completion ofexterior fittings and associated networks (VRD); • the rehabilitation and partial redevelopment of existing premises in order to create or modernise technical and tertiary spaces, representing a cumulative usable surface area of approximately 500 m². This contract concerns the technical assistance services for the project management in electrical engineering necessary for the realization of these two parts of the operation.
