Tenders are invited for 1577-2026q - rfq alpha parks, open space and bridges condition audit
Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake two asset condition assessment work packages under one rfq: (1) parks and open space asset data collection and condition assessment; and (2) bridge data collection and level 2 condition assessment. the services include field inspections, validation and collection of asset inventory data, condition and defect assessment, photographic records, remaining useful life assessment and the project-specific deliverables described in part 2 and the respective specifications.
respondents are required to review both specifications and all information supplied with this rfq and make their own assessment of the resources, access requirements, site conditions, safety requirements and methodology necessary to complete the services.
any council-arranged site briefing or inspection opportunity will be advised through the e-tender portal.
council reserves the right to award both work packages to one consultant or to award the parks and open space and bridge work packages separately, subject to the rfq conditions, evaluation outcome, tendered prices and available budget.
