The offer concerns the reception, processing and disposal of porcelain and wall tiles from recycling stations with sorting for recycling. All fractions are received from citizens and businesses at recycling stations in Vestforbrænding's owner municipalities, cf. Appendix 1.3. The estimated value of the agreement amounts to DKK 55,500,000.00. The total maximum value of the agreement amounts to DKK 60,000,000.00. The estimated maximum value is an expression of the Ordering Party's discretion, and the value/quantities are thus indicative, and the supplier is not guaranteed any minimum turnover. The agreement is not exclusive. For a detailed description of the
