Maintenance and repair activities of the republican roads on the territory of the SOUTHWEST DISTRICT, by specific positions, as follows: SPECIFIED POSITION No. 1 - OPU BLAGOEVGRAD; SPECIFIED POSITION No. 2 - OPU KYUSTENDIL; SPECIFIED POSITION No. 3 - OPU PERNIK; SPECIFIC POSITION No. 4 - OPU SOFIA OPU BLAGOEVGRAD
The implementation of the public contract, for each specific position, includes: 1. Activities that are related to the execution of construction and assembly works, through which the constructions are maintained in the sense of § 5, item 40 of the Additional provisions of the Law on Territorial Planning (DR of ZUT) and the current regulations, including: 1.1. Current repair in the sense of §5, item 43 of the DR of ZUT and Ordinance No. RD-02-20-19 of November 12, 2012 for maintenance and current repair of roads; 1.2. Current maintenance in the sense of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-19 of November 12, 2012 on maintenance and current repair of roads; 1.3. Preventive maintenance in the sense of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-19 of November 12, 2012 for maintenance and ongoing repair of roads; 1.4. Repair and restoration works in emergency situations, aimed at immediate restoration of a minimum level of service after the occurrence of emergency situations (landslides, collapses, excavations, destruction of bridge facilities, avalanches, situations as a result of disasters, accidents and/or natural phenomena, and others). 2. Winter maintenance in the sense of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-19 of November 12, 2012 on maintenance and ongoing repair of roads; 3. Activities related to the performance of construction and assembly works in the sense of § 5, item 42 of the Additional provisions of the Law on Territorial Planning (DR of ZUT) and the current regulations, defined with specific parameters in Appendix A to this public procurement documentation.
