The subject of the order is: - dismantling the currently used car wash (without damage, so that it can be restarted), - delivery of the device - the car wash specified in Annex No. 1a - washer-disinfector (pass-through), along with the materials necessary for commissioning. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 1a to the specifications. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, e.g. as a result of responses to contractors inquiries. - installation of the device and performance of the necessary works to enable proper commissioning and operation of the device in accordance with regulations (including modernization of the electrical, water and sewage installations, construction reconstruction works) - integration and connection of the car wash to the Medok system owned by the hospital. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to conduct an on-site visit to check the conditions necessary to complete the order. The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has visited the site. The date of the on-site visit should be agreed with the Public Procurement Department, tel. 33 8723323. A note will be prepared from the on-site visit, which will include the arrangements made by the Contractor with an employee of the Technical Department regarding the foundation and assembly of the car wash. In the offer, the Contractor must describe the work he will perform during the installation of the car wash.
