As a project-specific feature, it should be taken into account that parts of the building envelope are designed as an integrated maintenance corridor as part of the facade. This maintenance procedure must be taken into account when planning the scaffolding, the distances to the facade, the load assumptions as well as during construction and conversion phases and must be included in the execution. The scaffolding must be manufactured for facade, roof and assembly work and designed in such a way that safe use by subsequent trades is guaranteed.
