Boom stand – 7 klt suitable for teaching/presentation: 7 pcs. programmable, pan/tilt HD camera may only carry out its activities by complying with the provisions of the delivered Design Documentation, it may deviate from it only in the cases specified in the contract. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for the preparation of all additional plans, detailed and production plans, which are necessary for legal and professional execution and work and which are not included in the delivered Design Documentation, in particular: a. technical and connection plans, b. control and system technical plans (if applicable), production plans d. within the framework of the handover procedure, the following contents must be submitted to the Bidder: floor plans, sections, control diagrams, and detailed plans that reflect the state of implementation; b 2 copies in electronic version, from which the design sheets and drawing documents can be edited, in *.dwg file format. The successful Bidders task is to train the Bidders designated employees in the operation of the educational technology system and system elements established as a result of the system integration. The Bidder is obliged to provide training on the use of the Equipment for at least 1 (one) time, for a period of at least 4 hours, for the persons designated by the Bidder To answer the Buyers questions within 3 (three) months from the end of the handover procedure, and within 72 (seventy-two) hours after receipt. following: a) full product support of the transferred system for 1 year after handover, b) firmware, software released during the support periodcarrying out updates, c) answering the operators technical questions, d) holding additional trainings. As part of the obligations of the successful Bidder, he is obliged to keep a regularized support operation log on the operation of the installed devices. The successful Bidder verifies the completed product support tasks by signing the diary. The successful Bidder will perform its product support tasks in accordance with the schedule of the Facility operated by the Bidder, at a pre-arranged time, preferably on working days (from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.). Taking into account the operational characteristics of the Facility and the requirements for a high level of availability of the Equipment, the winning Bidder provides telephone on-call and remote support on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. A detailed description of the related tasks is contained in the Technical Description.
