DEK-1646 Consumables for cell separator devices DEK-1646 Procurement of consumables for cell separator devices for DE KK Part 1: Set for Macogenic G2 Illuminator type device Framework agreement for the procurement of consumables for Macogenic G2 Illuminator for the University of Debrecen Clinical Center for 24 months. Name, technical specification and quantity of goods to be procured (pcs/24 months): 1. UV Treatment bag for photopheresis: Device- and program-specific, single-use, 80 pcs The technical description forming part of the procurement documentation contains the quality and functional requirements of the products to be purchased under the framework agreement. The procurement includes delivery to the place of performance. Only factory-new, previously unused products may be offered. The framework agreement is concluded for a definite period of 24 months from its entry into force or until the exhaustion of the total framework quantity / quantity calculated together with the option in case of exercising the option. The framework agreement remains in force until the earlier condition occurs. Tenders may be submitted only for the entire part. The tenderer must submit an offer for all lines of the price table in the given part. Warranty period: 12 months from handover for the goods. Pursuant to Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), where the technical description refers to a specific make or source, or to a specific process which characterises the products of a specific economic operator or the services provided by it, or to a trademark, patent, type or specific origin or production process, such reference shall be understood as being made solely for the purpose of clearly defining the subject matter, and the expression or equivalent shall be deemed to be included, on the basis of which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept equivalent solutions or solutions better than those recorded in the documentation. The tenderer - if wishing to offer an equivalent device, solution, etc. in its tender instead of the technical content affected by the reference - is obliged to submit in its technical tender the document(s) serving to substantiate equivalence. The Contracting Authority draws the attention of tenderers to the fact that the document serving to substantiate equivalence may be, in particular (but not exclusively), the technical documentation originating from the manufacturer or the certification by an independent, professionally recognised organisation.
