Czechia – Repair and maintenance services of trucks – Service and maintenance of vehicles and mechanisms, including the supply of spare parts for the Road Administration of the Moravian-Silesian Region, a contributory organization (Iveco, Renault and Mercedes-Benz vehicles)

1. This public contract is awarded in parts (according to § 35 and § 101 ZZVZ). Moreover, each part of the public contract is a completely separate subject of the contracting authority's procedure in the procurement procedure. Unless the ZD stipulates otherwise, the individual provisions of this ZD apply to all parts of the VZ. A more detailed division of the public contract into parts is given in Part IV. this tender documentation. 2. The outcome of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with at least one supplier and a maximum of 15 suppliers for each of the parts. The duration of this framework agreement is set at 12 calendar months from the date of its acquisition
