1. The subject of the order is the management of municipal waste from owners of properties inhabited by residents of the Oświęcim Commune. 2. The Contractor is obliged to achieve appropriate levels of: recycling and preparing for re-use the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, and not exceeding the required level of landfilling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and implementing regulations for the above-mentioned Act. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Due diligence is required in the implementation of the obligations of the contract - the detailed scope of the service is specified in the Material Provisions of the contract, 1) obligations of the parties; 2) participants in the service implementation process; 3) deadlines 4) principles of performance and settlement of services provided; 5) contractual penalties; 9) Contractors remuneration and payment rules; 10) changes to the contract; - Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
