Construction of Center for Solar Technology and Innovation Building (Phase II)

1) The Tarlac State University, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) 2027 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Two Hundred Forty-One and 67/100 Pesos (₱ 34,996,241.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Center for Solar Technology and Innovation Building (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2) The Tarlac State University now invites bids for Construction of Center for Solar Technology and Innovation Building (Phase II). Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.6) The Tarlac State University will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 6, 2026 (10:00 A.M.) at the Bids and Awards Committee Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Motorpool and Administration Building, Tarlac State University, Romulo Blvd., San Vicente, Tarlac City and/or through video conferencing via Zoom, which shall be open to prospective Bidders. 7) Three (3) copies of the bid proposals (one original, and additional copy 1 and 2) must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before November 18, 2026 at 9:30 A.M. Failure of bidders to comply with the said request of additional copies shall not be a ground for disqualification.
