Contract Description
The building management of the city of Mönchengladbach (gmmg) is building a new building for a comprehensive school for a 6-class secondary level I and a 3-class secondary level II on an undeveloped plot of land south of the city center of Mönchengladbach, in the immediate vicinity of the university campus and the Grenzlandstadion, north of Breite Straße. The project includes a school building, which will be realized in two construction phases. The subject of these tenders is the construction of the excavation pit and shoring as well as deep foundations and dewatering including planning services for the 1st construction phase
