Invitation to bid for the supply and delivery of petroleum fuels and lubricants i.b. no.2026-10-pb-goods-0113 the lgu-cabanatuan city, through the general fund fy 2026 intends to apply the sum of two million nine hundred sixty-one thousand three hundred forty-five pesos (₱ 2,961,345.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of petroleum fuels and lubricants. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1. the lgu-cabanatuan city now invites bids for the above procurement project. delivery of the goods is required by sixty (60) calendar days. bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii.
