The subject of this public procurement is the supply of water for drinking and household needs, removal and purification of waste water for the needs of the Municipality of Yambol and secondary authorities to the Municipality of Yambol, who are not independent contractors within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act, for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months. In view of the applicable regulations, Water Supply and Sewerage EOOD - Yambol has exclusive rights within the meaning of § 2, item 47 of the DR of the ZOP, therefore, on the basis of Art. 79, para. 1, item 3 b.c of the Public Procurement Act, the Municipality of Yambol awards this public procurement through a negotiation procedure without prior notice. The supply of water for drinking and household needs and the services for removal and purification of waste water are carried out at prices approved by the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation.
