this rfq is being issued in accordance with far parts 12 for commercial items. only quotations offering national instruments corp. labview brand-name perpetual licenses from authorized resellers of national instruments corp. will be considered. no substitute products will be accepted, in accordance with far 11.204 (brand-name only).
