The subject of the order is: 1) delivery: a) 40 pieces of brand new zero-emission 12-meter electric city buses of the MAXI class (EV - Electric Vehicle), delivered in accordance with the set specified by the Ordering Party, together with electronic equipment and the necessary licenses; b) 20 pieces of two-station chargers for charging EV buses; 2) conducting training for designated employees of the Ordering Party in the operation of buses and charging infrastructure; 3) providing documentation; 4) providing the necessary tools (including a diagnostic device) with the necessary ones
