Documentation for the authorisation of the intention Waste disposal and treatment equipment Landfill
The purpose of the contract is to: (a) prepare the project documentation for the approval of the intention of the disposal and disposal facilities at the Uha landfill with a capacity of 120,000 t/year, within the limits of the requirements of Decree No 131/2024 Coll. on building documentation, including the provision of related engineering activities. (b) Coordinate the EIA process: elaborate the comments and conditions, from the Eia Notice process or the conclusion of the investigation procedure. (c) Ensure specialized fulfilment: Part of the implementation and fixed cost of the general project is to complete the procurement of all necessary investigations and, where appropriate, the issuance of the documents for the processing of DPOs and the authorisation of the project. (d) The project data will be estimated at the expense of the investment statements.
