Contract Description
The subject of the order is the supply of F grade diesel oil in an amount of up to 50,000 m3 at a reference temperature of 15 0C, in order to fulfill the provisions of Art. 3 section 2 point 2 of the Act of February 16, 2007 on stocks of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas and rules of conduct in situations of threat to the state's fuel security and disruptions on the petroleum market (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 599) (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on stocks"), divided into tasks: Part No. 1 - Delivery of 30,000 m3 of diesel oil to agency stocks; Part No. 2 – Delivery to agency stock
