I. The subject of the order is: Reconstruction of the building of the Main Library and the Institute of History of the University of Opole. 1. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ (file folder). 2.1 The Ordering Party allows for a local inspection of the Library building in order to become acquainted with the place of execution of the subject of the order. 2.2 This vision is not mandatory and the provisions of Art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Act. 2.3 Detailed information regarding the on-site visit can be found in Chapter I, point 3.2.7 of the SWZ II.
