This assignment focuses on promoting the participation of the integrator, with the highest goal being entry into paid work. Depending on the distance to the labor market, the focus is on: • Social participation (steps 0 to 4 on the participation ladder) • Or develop towards work (steps 5 and 6 on the participation ladder). • In addition, integrators orient themselves within the Labor Market and Participation Module (MAP) on participation and work and gain insight into the Dutch labor market and their own possibilities and opportunities.
