The object of the procurement is equestrian therapy in Swedish on Åland, which is organized by the Folkpensionsanstalten (hereinafter FPA) as demanding medical rehabilitation. In the case of Åland, the part referred to in the tender materials to the term municipal group refers to the entire procurement area.
