Brno, Fryčajova – reconstruction of sewerage and water supply

The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the sewerage and water supply system with the subsequent restoration of communication areas in Fryčajova Street. The sewer will be reconstructed in DN 300, DN 500, DN 600, DN 500/750, DN 600/900, DN 700/1050 and DN 800/1200 profiles. The total length of the reconstructed sewer system is 1426.5 m. Sewerage connections will be reconstructed in the number of 189 units and in a total length of 1982.45 m. 1,725.2 m. The construction also includes the repositioning of the I. Březovský water main in a DN 600 profile with a length of 248.0 m. Furthermore, the reconstruction of the VO will be carried out in the scope of the reconstruction of the sewerage and water main and the repositioning of Vodafone and CETIN cables. After the work on the underground networks, the road and sidewalks will be reconstructed, including road drainage. The work in Fryčajova Street will be carried out in individual successive stages. Each stage of construction will begin with the construction of a replacement supply of drinking water, followed by the reconstruction of the sewerage system, water supply and gas, incl. of all connections to individual properties during the current reconstruction of the VO and the laying of communication cables. After the completion of all reconstructions, the communication will be restored. Further details are given in the Tender documentation.
