Contract Award Notice: WARM SPRINGS - DECATUR BOULEVARD TO DEAN MARTIN DRIVE AND VALLEY VIEW BOULEVARD - WINDMILL LANE TO MAULE AVENUE Awarded Vendor: UNICON Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. The work to be performed under this contract consists of improvements on Warm Springs Road and Valley View Boulevard. The improvements include pavement, type II aggregate, UTACS, landscaped median islands, ADA compliant driveways and concrete and asphalt sidewalk, removal and placement of new asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, a traffic signal at the intersection of Valley View Boulevard and Warm Springs Road, pedestrian flashing beacon system at Warm Springs Road and Arville Street intersection, street lighting, signing and striping, ITS conduits, storm drain system,sewer line system, utility adjustments and relocations; and other appurtenances as may be necessary to construct a complete and serviceable project.
