The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new rescue and fire-fighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Dachnów. The Contractor will be obliged to provide and hand over to the Ordering Party the documents necessary to register the vehicle. The car must have a CNBOP approval certificate valid on the date of submission of offers, issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products used to ensure public safety or protection of health, life or property, as well as issuing the authorization for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended). Detailed the description of the subject of the contract specifies: 1. Technical or professional capacity Determination of conditions: The Contractor will meet the condition if he proves that, no earlier than within the last 3 years counting back from the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of running the business is shorter - during this period, he has completed at least two orders involving the delivery of a medium or heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive with a value of not less than PLN 800,000.00 gross each. By one order, the Ordering Party understands one contract or order. Completed orders should be understood as: a) An order started and completed in the above-mentioned period, b) An order completed in the above-mentioned period, which could have started earlier than in the above-mentioned period. Execution orders should be understood as orders that are still ongoing (unfinished) and under which the Contractor has completed the above order. The ordering party determines the fulfillment of the above-mentioned condition by contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract as follows: In the case of contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract (consortium) and third parties, the condition specified in point 1.4.1 will be considered met if at least one of the contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract (or a third party) fully meets the above condition. Technical or professional capacity List of deliveries made in the last 3 years, counting back from the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of business activity is shorter - during this period, along with their value, subject matter, dates of performance and entities to which the deliveries were made (specified in Chapter VI point 1.4.1), and attaching evidence specifying whether these deliveries were made properly, the evidence in question being references or other documents prepared by the entity for which the supplies were made, and if the contractor is unable to obtain these documents for reasons beyond his control - a declaration by the contractor; If the contractor refers to experience in the implementation of supplies made jointly with other contractors, the list of supplies concerns supplies in the performance of which the contractor directly participated, and in the case of repeated or continuous services - also in the performance of which he directly participated or participates.
