The object of the procurement is the Museum Office's / National Museum's ("Procurement Unit") spotlights intended for exhibition use in the museum, as well as related replaceable optics and other accessories specified in the request for tender ("Goods"). The quantities of the products to be purchased and the minimum technical requirements are presented in the attached list of lamps. The lamps must be directly mechanically and electrically compatible with the existing ERCO 3-phase light rails of the National Museum. The body material of the lamps must be aluminum. The lamps must be available with replaceable optics specified in the request for tenders and filters that change the color temperature to warmer and colder directions (Cold, Cold Plus, Warm and Warm Plus or similar). The goods must have a product warranty of at least five (5) years. Warranty and maintenance services must be available in Finnish. The goods must be delivered by January 29, 2027. The selected supplier must strive to deliver the Goods as soon as possible after concluding the contract and, if possible, before the deadline. A more detailed schedule will be agreed with the selected supplier. In the schedule, it should be noted that the goods will be delivered during the museum opening project. For the aforementioned reason, the Procurement Unit reserves the right to change the schedule of the dates presented in the request for tenders. NOTE! 19.10.2026 The procurement unit has corrected the attachment of the request for tender with a correction notice. The procurement unit has corrected the incorrect numerical value in cell F10 in the appendix "National Museum_exhibition light package". In the new appendix "National Museum_exhibition light package correction", the number value has been corrected. In addition, due to the repair, the procurement unit has extended the tender deadline and the deadlines for submitting questions and giving answers.
