The specific objectives of this lot include: • Supply and commissioning of a centralised software platform for the management of transport tickets for metropolitan routes (definition, sale, control), including an API-type communication module with other applications and equipment within the integrated metropolitan transport management system • Supply and configuration of a web portal-type application for customers, for the management of the automatic fare collection system user account and the purchase of transport tickets • Supply and configuration of a software application for customers mobile devices for transport services, for the management of the automatic fare collection system user account and the purchase of transport tickets • Supply and configuration of multifunctional mobile devices for the sale of transport tickets by third-party companies with which RATBv concludes sales conventions, including a sales software application for these devices • Supply and configuration of multifunctional mobile devices and a software application for multifunctional devices, for control activities • Supply and configuration of a software application for the management of the transport fleet and on-board and station information panels • Supply and configuration of a software application for the management of defects in the equipment infrastructure within the integrated metropolitan transport management system • Supply of a development/configuration platform for API-type interfaces and their configuration for access to data pertaining to the ticketing subsystems and respectively fleet management and information panels. • Procurement of a number of 70 sets of three on-board (side) LED information panels each, for the identification of the run and direction: front panel, side panel and rear panel Tenderers shall take into account the fact that the contract requires the tendering of an integrated IT system, which shall include for all lots all requested hardware components, standard system software and specialised application software that shall meet the minimum requirements of the specifications and allow the full achievement of the project objectives, in accordance with the specifications of each individual lot. Account shall also be taken of the mandatory requirement for the integration of all components supplied under each lot into a unitary system. The Contracting Authority requests the tendering of specialised application software applications and platforms that already exist, whose functionalities can be configured and implemented within a maximum of 6 months from the date of signing the contract. Thus, the tendering of existing software systems is requested, which can be acquired through licensing, and the implementation effort (services) shall focus on the configuration of the application and integration with existing systems and not on the development of basic software products or functionalities. Offers proposing the development from scratch of one or more applications and which do not explicitly present the proposed software products shall not be accepted, this being a supply contract and not a custom software development services contract.
