Czechia – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – A dynamic purchasing system for the purchase of raw materials and food to ensure the operation of the CNB's competitive catering

The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in the dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") will be the continuous supply of raw materials and food to ensure the operation of the contracting party's catering according to its current needs, including their transport to the place of performance, according to the CPV codes listed in point 2 of the procurement documentation. The subject of performance of individual public contracts awarded in DNS will always be defined in detail in the call for tenders pursuant to § 141 of the Act, including business and payment conditions.
