NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to PROTEINSIMPLE for the Jess Western Automated System for the Salem, VA Medical Center, Salem VA in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhale (RFO) 6.103.1 soliciting from a single source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted.
