Reconstruction of an existing undivided four-lane road without paved shoulders, category S 15/100, into a divided four-lane road with shoulders and physical separation of opposing traffic lanes by a central median D 25.5/120 (100). The total length of the modification is 13,167 m. The designed modifications also concern 2 grade-separated intersections, reconstruction of 12 bridges on the existing road, and construction of 1 new bridge over a railway line on the newly built service road. Noise barriers and fencing are designed along the motorway. The construction modifications will necessitate the relocation of gas pipelines, water mains, electrical lines, and telecommunication networks.
