Contract Description

B295 / B464 Closing the gap in Renningen: Ing-BWs Lph 1 + 2 (preliminary building planning) B295 / B464 Closing the gap in Renningen: Ing-BWs Lph 1 + 2 (preliminary building planning)
The state of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the Stuttgart regional council, is planning to close the gap between the B 295 and B 464 near Renningen on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany. The plans to expand the B 295 between Renningen and the A 8 motorway and to build a new B 464 between Renningen and Sindelfingen do not include the link between the B 295 and the B 464. The 3-lane expansion of the B 295 ends east of Renningen coming from the A 8, the new 2-lane B 464 ends south of Renningen coming from the A 81. The measure represents the closure of the gap between the two projects. The measure is located in the Böblingen district. The B 295 connects the northern Black Forest region to the A 8 Stuttgart-Karlsruhe and the Stuttgart metropolitan region. The B 464 offers a direct connection from the municipalities of Renningen and Magstadt in a southerly direction to the A 81 Stuttgart - Singen. The length of the expansion route is approximately 2,152 m for the B 295, approximately 920 m for the B 464 and approximately 1,000 m for the K 1008. The expansion includes several crossing structures, including over a railway line, the Rankbach as well as roads and ramps. After the intersection of the B 295 and the B 464, an extension of the B 295 towards Leonberg is planned with a third lane, which will merge into the three-lane existing structure. Leonberger Straße is connected to the B 295 via a trumpet. On the three-lane section around Renningen, a traffic volume of 28,600 vehicles/24h (4,830 SV/24h) is forecast for 2040. The B 464 is forecast to have a load of 29,600 vehicles/24h (4,060 SV/24h). There are 5 new bridge structures to be built and submitted to the BMV in the expansion planning route. In terms of design, the bridge structures should fit into the route of the B 464 and B 295 between Böblingen/Sindelfingen and Leonberg and should have as minimal of an impact on the existing legal protected area backdrop as possible (see attachment plan document for protected area backdrop). In the course of planning the traffic system, rough structural sketches in longitudinal and cross sections were created, which can be used as preliminary considerations in coordination with the client. (Note: The information on the bridge and field lengths differs between the building sketches, site plans and height plans. Please first refer to the bridge lengths mentioned here in the document. The total length of the structures between the abutments may be changed depending on the local situation in coordination with the client (client), so that this circumstance has no particular weight.) For each structure, several possible variants must be considered and compared with each other. The number of variants is undetermined, but at least three must be developed. A preferred variant should emerge from the variant comparison. The preferred variant must be determined independently of the existing building sketch. The variants to be examined should be examined and weighed against each other with a view to integration into nature and landscape, economic viability, but also structural feasibility in connection with the topography and existing traffic systems. A uniform design concept should be observed, which is based on the structures of the already developed sections between Böblingen/Sindelfingen and Leonberg and is integrated into the overall route characteristics. The necessary results of the preliminary building planning for the preparation of the preliminary design of the traffic system include - the definition of the supporting system and the building foundation, including an assessment of the construction process, - the construction process taking into account the interventions in the protected areas, - a cost estimate, - building sketches, and - an explanatory report with an evaluation matrix and a summary of the basic determination carried out in Lph 1. For this purpose, geotechnical preliminary reports on the structures are provided by the client to assess the foundation situation. The preparation of the preliminary building planning must be carried out for all buildings in accordance with the procedure and specifications of the current RAB-ING, RE-ING and RIZ-ING. In addition, the general regulations of the Baden-Württemberg Road Construction Administration (LisRe-StB-BW) must be taken into account. Deviations from applicable regulations or the state of the art must be reported at an early stage and justified.
