The 380/220 kV Romanel (VD) plant is located in the commune of Romanel-sur-Lausanne in the canton of Waad. In 2025 a preliminary project (SIA phase 31) was developed for this project with various variants. The decision on the variant was made in 2026. With this tender, the phases of construction project up to and with project completion (compare SIA phase 32 to SIA phase 53) are now being announced. In a first step, the services of SIA phase32 SIA41 are being ordered.The general planner shall also assume the overall supervision and coordination of all the areas involved, including interfaces, as the overall manager within the meaning of SIA 103. The following sub-areas shall be organised by the general planners themselves: * Engineering and planning in the primary technology (including high voltage cable) * Engineering & planning in compensation engineering * Planning in the cable industry * Engineering in the private sector (incl. cable services) * and planning within the cable engineering (included cable services).Planning in the subproject High and low construction * Design and planning in the geology subproject * Design & planning in environmental subproyect The following sub-sections are submitted to the general planner: * Customer-side overall coordination of BIM models * Customer side engineering and planning within the sub-segment SAS For detailed information please consult documents C100 and C101 of the tender documents.
