Description & Project Overview
The purpose of the contract is to grant a concession for the occupation and operation, for a period of thirty (30) years, of the sports infrastructures of the Municipality of Waterloo defined by these specifications, including in particular the tennis and padel facilities as well as the HORECA activities linked thereto. The concessionaire assumes the real operating risk linked, in particular, to the level of attendance at the infrastructures, sports and HORECA revenues, operating costs, investments and renewal of equipment.
