Acquisition of Surgical Instruments In case of adhesion, we request that you complete the attached document and send the original, together with the Preliminary Technical Study (ETP), the Term of Reference and the Price Survey, to the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz) – Institute of Science and Technology in Biomodels (ICTB), Bidding Section, located at Av. Brasil, nº 4.365, Manguinhos, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, CEP 21040-900. Note: The participation of interested bodies will only be accepted upon sending the original document duly completed and signed. Units interested in adhering to this IRP must send the completed and signed participant form to the email loja.ictb@fiocruz.br within the period of validity of the publication, for analysis and acceptance.
